WFCM provides emergency help for persons living in Western Fairfax County including Centreville, Chantilly, Clifton.
We partner through providing monthly food items for The Shepherd Center (Food Pantry), funds to help support their On Call Ministry that helps people with emergency financial needs, and preparing and providing Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Baskets for their Holiday Assistance Program.
